Refunds and Cancellations Policy
for Diagnositics

Once a DNA test has been performed, a specimen collected, or a kit and supplies ​have been shipped, all sales are final and no refunds can be issued.
 

Same-day cancellations are subject to a £50 administrative fee.

If a sample recollection is needed and a participant is unwilling or unable to attend, no refund will be provided. However, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling where possible.

Estimated turnaround times are provided during scheduling and confirmed at the time of sample collection. While we strive to deliver results promptly, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to lab processing times or unforeseen circumstances.

Important:

1. Once testing has started, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

   ​

2. Delays caused by clients that extend beyond the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of £35 per 30 minutes.

3. No refunds will be issued if fewer participants attend than were originally booked.

4. Rescheduling is considered a cancellation and will be charged in full.

5. Any additional participants tested on the day will be charged at the agreed per-person rate.

6. Appointments outside of standard hours will incur an additional £60 surcharge.

7. All cancellations must be submitted in via email.

8. Standard notice periods and exclusions apply, as outlined above.
