How It Works
Enter Details – Provide the full name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) taking the test. These are essential for the laboratory to uniquely identify your sample.
Pay Securely Online – Complete your booking using credit or debit card.
Receive Confirmation – An automatic email will confirm that we’ve received your request.
Processing – Requests are processed Monday–Saturday, 8am–5pm. Once processed, you’ll receive a text and email confirming when you can attend our clinic for testing.
Attend Patient Reception – You may attend during our opening hours:
Mon–Fri: 7am–6pm
Saturday: 7am–2pm
Please note: Chain of Custody tests require an appointment.
Bring Photo ID – You must present an original passport or driving licence. Copies or phone images cannot be accepted.
Get Results – Your results will be emailed to you directly as soon as they are available.

If any test results come back positive from the laboratory, , our partner lab is required by law to conduct additional confirmatory analysis. This process identifies the exact nature of the substance, as well as the levels and quantities present. Please note, an additional fee will apply for this stage of testing.
