Clinic-to-clinic liaison. We contact both the releasing and receiving clinics directly to confirm sample readiness, required documentation, and receiving capacity — you are not the go-between.
Documentation preparation. We compile the export/import paperwork the route requires (see checklist below) and confirm requirements with both clinics in advance.
Dry shipper preparation. A validated, IATA-compliant dry shipper is charged with liquid nitrogen and tested to hold -196°C for the full transit window before it ever leaves the lab.
Collection and Do Not X-Ray clearance. Our courier collects the sample directly from the clinic and carries the exemption documentation needed to secure hand inspection at every security checkpoint.
